PostEx Tracking — How to Track Your PostEx Parcel
PostEx is a courier and payments company built for Pakistani e-commerce sellers — many Daraz and Instagram/WhatsApp stores ship through PostEx. A PostEx tracking number is 14 digits and usually starts with 2014, for example 20140450012345.
Where to find your tracking number
- In the SMS or WhatsApp dispatch message from the store you ordered from.
- On the seller's PostEx booking receipt.
- On the shipping label pasted on your parcel.
How to track (3 steps)
- Open ParcelTrack PK and log in (new members get a 3-day free trial).
- Select PostEx, type the 14-digit tracking number and press Track Parcel.
- You will see the latest status and the full status history with dates and times.
PostEx's own tracking page is postex.pk/tracking.
What the PostEx statuses mean
| Order Placed | The seller created the booking; PostEx has not collected the parcel yet. |
| Order Confirmed | PostEx accepted the booking and pickup is being arranged. |
| Package Picked Up | The rider collected the parcel from the seller. |
| In Transit | The parcel is moving between PostEx facilities towards your city. |
| Out for Delivery | The parcel is with a rider for delivery today. |
| Delivered Successfully | The parcel was delivered and the order is complete. |
Parcel is late — what to do
- PostEx usually delivers in 2–4 working days across Pakistan.
- If the status stays at "Order Placed" for more than a day, the seller has booked but not handed over the parcel — ask the seller first.
- Stuck "In Transit" for 2+ working days? Contact the seller, who can raise a case with PostEx from their merchant account.
- Check the number carefully — all 14 digits are needed.
