TCS Tracking — How to Track Your TCS Parcel
TCS Express is Pakistan's oldest courier network, widely used for documents, gifts and e-commerce parcels. A TCS parcel is identified by its consignment number — a number of 10 to 13 digits, for example 779245086318.
Where to find your consignment number
- On the TCS booking slip given to the sender.
- In the confirmation SMS or email from TCS or from the store that shipped your order.
- Printed on the address label of the parcel.
How to track (3 steps)
- Open ParcelTrack PK and log in (new members get a 3-day free trial).
- Select TCS, type the consignment number and press Track Parcel.
- You will see the current status, origin and destination, and every checkpoint the parcel passed.
The official TCS tracking page is tcsexpress.com/tracking.
What the TCS statuses mean
| Booked | TCS has received the parcel details and the shipment is created. |
| Departed | The parcel has left a TCS facility and is moving towards the destination city. |
| Arrived | The parcel has reached a TCS facility, usually in or near the destination city. |
| Out for Delivery | A TCS rider is delivering it today — keep your phone nearby. |
| Delivered | Handed over. TCS records the name of the person who received it. |
| Returned to Shipper | Delivery failed (for example wrong address or receiver unavailable) and the parcel went back. |
Parcel is late — what to do
- TCS normally delivers in 1–2 working days between major cities, and 2–4 days to smaller towns.
- If nothing moves for 2 working days, call TCS on UAN 111-123-456 with your consignment number ready.
- "Out for Delivery" since morning but no rider? It can still arrive by evening; otherwise it is re-attempted the next working day.
- Always re-check the number — TCS numbers are long, and one missed digit gives "No Data Found".
